5 day tour, code AHT08FWS:

“Lake Eyre Floodwater special”

Departs Adelaide Mondays, returns to Adelaide Fridays.

 

As indicated on our website we are running this tour with 4 people. 

Because of the extended flight content, from William Creek over Lake Eyre to the Warburton Creek, then on to Innamincka for lunch and then follow the Strzelecki Creek south to Arkaroola this flight is costed at 4 person rate.

 

We have proposed that to accommodate couples on the “Lake Eyre Floodwater special” we book a couple on our regular 5 day AHT08ME “Coober Pedy, Lake Eyre, Arkaroola & Wilpena” 5 day tour to secure accommodation.

(this tour includes a 60 minute scenic flight over Lake Eyre, the 4hour 4WD Arkaroola Ridgetop tour & 30 minute scenic flight around Wilpena Pound). We will run this tour with two persons.

 

We then make this tour a “Reserved Floodwater special” in anticipation of another couple joining the tour.

If we get another couple who are interested in doing the Floodwater Special in that same week, we then change the itinerary slightly to included the special flight to Innamincka, etc.  The normal tour AHT008ME includes a one hour flight over Lake Eyre and a drive to Halligan Bay on the shores of the Lake. 

If we do not get the 2nd couple we run the normal tour with just the two people.

 

As you would appreciate accommodation is limited in these outback locations and we need to firstly make sure we can secure accommodation before making any other arrangements.

If tour availability page indicates AHT08FWS 5 day “Lake Eyre floodwater special” we will run an extra vehicle for a couple subject to availability of driver & accommodation.

 

NOTE:

Couples booking a “Reserved Floodwater Special”

This will be charged at the 5 day AHT08ME “Coober Pedy, Lake Eyre, Arkaroola & Wilpena” rate.

When the number of persons on this tour reaches four, the tour then becomes a 5 day AHT08FWS “Lake Eyre Floodwater special” 5 day tour.

The rate will then be adjusted to the Floodwater special rate of $3460.00 pp twin share.
