Control of the South Australian Passenger Transport Board (PTB).
Vehicles with regular state license plates are not permitted
(or insured) to carry passengers for fare or reward.

to conduct tours.
It is an offense under the P.T.B. regulations
if an accredited driver fails
to
produce his / her license when requested by a fare paying member of the public.
